据了解，Terrafugia创立于2006年，由5名麻省理工学院毕业者创立，去年11月，浙江吉利控制集团有限公司与该公司达成最终协议，收购了Terrafugia公司的全部业务和资产，所以该品牌归属吉利旗下。

Geely's new flying car is cooler than Ferrari's. It is envied by BMW. Transition flying car is equipped with airbags, pre-tightened seat belts and other safety facilities.
