2017年11月13日，浙江吉利控股集团正式收购太力汽车的全部业务及资产。目前，太力汽车在全球主要有三大基地：美国加州设有一个概念车研发中心，用模型进行概念测试；波士顿有一个研发基地，对成熟的概念车进行全尺寸的模型机测试；在杭州有一个生产基地，进行产品生产试装。

最重要的是，Transition飞行汽车将由太力汽车位于杭州临江工业园的工厂生产并试装。在杭州试装的飞行汽车，要运到美国调试，最后向用户交付。

On November 13, 2017, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group formally acquired all the business and assets of Taili Automobile. At present, Taili Automobile has three major bases in the world: a concept car R&D center in California, USA, for concept testing with models; a research and development base in Boston for full-scale model testing of mature concept cars; and a production base in Hangzhou for product production and trial-testing.

Most importantly, the Transition Flying Vehicle will be manufactured and tested by Taili Automobile's factory in Linjiang Industrial Park, Hangzhou. Flying cars tested in Hangzhou are to be shipped to the United States for commissioning and finally delivered to users.
