浙江吉利控股集团有限公司与美国太力（Terrafugia）公司达成最终协议，收购太力（Terrafugia）公司的全部业务和资产。此项交易已获得包括美国外资投资委员会（CFIUS）在内的所有相关监管机构的批准。

The Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Company Limited has reached a final agreement with the Terrafugia company to buy all Terrafugia's business and assets. The transaction has been approved by all relevant regulatory bodies including the US Foreign Investment Commission (CFIUS).

太力（Terrafugia）公司总部位于美国波士顿，由五位麻省理工学院的优秀毕业生于2006年创办。该公司一直专注于飞行汽车的设计与制造，并已有多项影响世界的科研成果。
