“这台飞行器我叫它‘飞行摩托’，因为骑着它有骑摩托车的感觉。”赵德力告诉记者，飞行摩托主体重60公斤，采用四轴八旋翼结构，纯电动动力，最大输出功率80千瓦，最大起飞重量256公斤，时速可达到70公里/小时，最远续航里程30公里。飞行员可通过手动和自动驾驶模式操控，还可通过航点规划实现自主飞行。

Pilots can be controlled by manual and automatic driving modes, and autonomous flight can also be achieved through waypoint planning.

“载人飞行器在国内还是比较多，比方说椅子式飞行器等，但这类载人飞行摩托目前在国内还非常罕见的。”据赵德力先生称，其研发的载人飞行摩托经历了上千次试飞，首次试飞成功是在2018年6月26日，其成功的背后历经太多的失败与辛酸。“期间资金陷入困顿，我女朋友甚至卖掉房子支持我，最不济的时候只能向淘宝店店家赊账。”赵德力语气有些哽咽地说，他一直没有放弃对无人机的喜好。

24日，在试飞现场，降雨不断。因机器尚未进行防水，60公斤重的飞行摩托只能不断从货车车厢里抬进抬出。赵德力表示，目前还仅处于试飞阶段，除了防水技术，还需要在电机散热、电路以及外观等方面进行优化。

“该载人飞行摩托是在折翼无人机基础上通过加大体量，增加载荷来载人，技术上不存在太大困难，关键是如何解决‘飞行员’平衡并保证安全的问题。”东莞市无人机协会理事长黎明炜认为，如果在国家允许使用的前提下，其未来应用也主要局限于部分飞行器爱好者表演以及竞速比赛等，由于其安全性不可控，很难应用于民用。而且，严格来说，其已经不属于无人机范畴，属于飞行器范畴，即便应用也要受到民航、公安等相关部门的约束。
