博世方面表示，OCEAN12项目将会确保新的传感器系统应用于未来的移动出行理念中，相较目前的水平，未来能耗将降低90%以上。此外，新技术还有助于缩小传感器系统的体积，可将高性能赋值电路整合到系统级芯片上。对于自动驾驶和飞行汽车而言，节能型传感器系统是不可或缺的重要部件。
