Uber:

Uber: Pakistan will become the next potential target market for flying cars.

Le Rough said that when people wanted to hit "fly," the flying car would take off vertically from point A to point B and descend vertically. Compared with driverless cars, this process is simpler. Le Rou also said that compared with the time it takes for Youbo to launch an unmanned vehicle globally, one might find that in Pakistan, flying cars predate sophisticated unmanned vehicles.

Although it will take several years for Youbo to launch flying cars around the world, Pakistan is one of several countries where the company plans to test and launch the service.

Le Rousseau, citing interest as an example, emphasized that Pakistan was quick to accept the products offered by Youbo within two years.

The company's taxi Uber product range has been expanded to five services, and now covers eight major cities in Pakistan. Nevertheless, Youbo is actively seeking to diversify its products and is preparing to launch a takeaway service in Pakistan, Uber Eats. Le Rou pointed out that not only was he shocked by the Pakistani market, but also by the global management of Europa, because the country had exceeded all the expectations and goals that Europa had set for itself.

Le Rou also said that Youbo is developing rapidly and sees Pakistan as a country full of opportunities where the taxi service market has not yet been developed, and that its Pakistan business will grow in the next few years. Although the interview did not disclose any data on the company's financial position or operating growth, Le Rou said that Youbo currently has more than 30,000 drivers on its network in Pakistan.

Contrary to the reaction of the Youbo scandal in the West, the company's operations in Pakistan have not been much affected. Le Rousseau pointed out that although there was a lot of negative news about Ubiquitous in 2017, Ubiquitous also made a major change, and thus on the right track globally. However, Pakistan is a relatively new market category that has not been significantly affected, and what is really affected by the scandal is that Youbo has developed a longer market. Here, consumers are still focused on getting low-cost products.

Regulatory challenges

Le Rough said it was important that the regulatory framework was reviewed and revised, which would facilitate a relaxed and extensible licensing system for taxi service companies. In addition, taxation has always been an interesting and challenging task because it changes with the market. In fact, excellent steps are no stranger to regulatory challenges. The company works with traffic and tax regulators in different markets to ensure that any structure established in these different markets has business growth factors. Pakistan, on the other hand, needs a reasonable tax framework to support the digital economy and promote foreign direct investment and technological entrepreneurship in the country.

Le Rough concluded that if taxes were too high, it meant that passengers and drivers had to pay a lot of taxes, which could lead to a loss of interest in the platform. This is clearly a very delicate boundary, and Youbo looks forward to working with the Pakistani regulator to find the right solution.(文来源:飞行汽车feiauto)www.feiauto.com
