近日,中国吉利控股集团宣布旗下Terrafugia(太力飞行汽车)将于今年10月开始预订,并公布了飞行汽车量产车型的产品细节。就在去年11月,吉利集团全资收购了美国Terrafugia(太力飞行汽车)。Transition?,则是两家公司“联姻”后的第一代飞行汽车,将于2019年发布并上市销售。

那么,太力飞行汽车有着怎样的标配?冲上云霄又需要具备什么条件?

“喝足”97号汽油 飞行续航里程将超600公里

“吉利正在国内建设飞行汽车的生产组装工厂,可能会开始小规模生产组装。”9月8日,长江学者特聘教授、清华大学汽车安全与节能国家重点实验室副主任、通用航空技术研究中心主任张扬军说,飞行汽车探索已有百年历史,但目前国际上还没有飞行汽车投入实际使用的先例。我国还没有相关的法规制度保障,飞行汽车在国内投入使用的环境条件暂时还不具备。

9月9日,吉利集团太力飞行汽车总监廖运武告诉科技日报记者,按照目前的生产周期,太力飞行汽车暂定10月开始预订,计划将在明年开始量产,具体量产数量视订单量而定。

“太力飞行汽车的第一代产品Transition?允许乘坐2人,飞行续航里程将超过600公里,飞行速度会超过160公里/小时。”廖运武解释说,Transition?并未使用之前外界宣称的航油,而是97号汽油,百公里油耗约为11.87升,仅相当于排量为2.0T的汽车。

这款飞行汽车,有一对折叠机翼,可以路上跑也可以飞上天,包括混合动力发动机,更强的推进系统,全新升级的内饰和安全系统,还将与技术领先的航空电子设备和降落伞供应商合作。

张扬军表示,飞行汽车作为飞行器和汽车的结合体,安全性保障必须需要通过航空器适航许可和汽车上路相关法规的要求,国内目前不具备进行飞行汽车审查的环境和条件,还有很多工作需要做。

受驾照限制 第一代产品可能先登陆美国

值得注意的是,和吉利一样渴望一飞冲天的汽车公司,在世界范围内并不少。比如,在2018年的日内瓦车展上,奥迪曾展出了与空客公司合作的Pop.Up NEXT纯电动飞行汽车。而像波音、巴航工业和Uber等公司,也都对飞行汽车表示过有兴趣。

廖运武透露,根据前期针对消费者的市场调研来看,飞行汽车第一代产品的目标消费者,将会是具有一定经济基础的飞行发烧友和爱好者。目前来看,购买飞行汽车时,除了需要先缴纳定金外,在其他购买手续上并无特别要求。同时,购买者需要拥有汽车驾驶执照,并经过40个小时的飞行培训课程,拿到轻型运动类飞机的驾驶执照。

“根据目前掌握的信息来看,飞行汽车的首批产品应该在美国上路,因为美国管理上相对比较灵活,鼓励创新产品的实践,只要在安全的前提下满足相关要求就可以让飞行汽车起飞或上路。”张扬军说,美国目前也没有专门针对飞行汽车的相关法规,估计飞行汽车在美国上路之前,应该是想通过获得美国联邦管理局的飞行器许可证和美国国家公路交通安全管理局的汽车上路许可证,以此让飞行车能同时具备汽车和飞机的使用许可。

廖运武一席话证实了张扬军的说法。“我们已经在Transition?的验证机上拿到了美国联邦管理局的飞行器许可证,以及美国国家公路交通安全管理局的汽车上路许可证,确保飞行汽车能同时具备汽车和飞机的使用许可。”张扬军说,对于明年即将量产的机型,同样会通过相应的许可证书。

“美国市场对飞行汽车的使用并没有什么限制,我们也在和全球其他国家的政府以及交通部门进行相应的沟通与探讨。” 廖运武说,对于飞行汽车的合法使用,多家准备进入这一领域的厂商也正在和相关部门进行沟通。
