在中国，生产汽车和飞机都需要生产资质，而生产飞行汽车的话则需要双重资质，绝大部分的企业都不符合这项规定。而且国内的汽车飞机等生产则需要通过各个部门的审批，飞行汽车的要求则更加严格。
