这边收购跑车，那边收购飞行汽车

吉利收购宝腾汽车和路特斯的事情估计大家都已经知道了，但这次收购跟之前全资收购沃尔沃不同，吉利这次是收购了49.9%的宝腾汽车股份以及51%的路特斯汽车股份。

就在吉利收购宝腾汽车的时候，网上又曝光出了美国同意吉利收购硅谷飞行汽车企业Terrafugia的事情。其实吉利要收购硅谷这家飞行汽车企业Terrafugia也不是新鲜事，据说李书福早在5年就有了发展飞行汽车的想法，收购Terrafugia也是1年前提交的申请，因为这一技术属于美国的尖端技术，收购这家飞行汽车企业需要美国国防部的审查，所以直到1年后的今天才被允许收购。

根据双方敲定的细节，收购Terrafugia后吉利要掌握至少80%的股份，并且要由中方主导管理企业的未来发展。

至于产品？Terrafugia曾经成功研发出“变形者”陆空两用飞机，订单超过了3000万美元，本来是计划2013年上市，但是订单一直没交付。

而你想指望堵车的时候可以“一键起飞”避免拥堵？不好意思，这辆“变形者”起飞需要跑道，所以被堵在路上的时候，你也别指望它可以腾空而起，在我看来，这只不过是一台可以折叠机翼的小型飞机罢了，嗯...或许它还可以去民用油站加油。

Geely's acquisition of Baoteng and Lutes is presumably well known, but unlike its previous wholly owned acquisition of Volvo, Geely is buying 49.9% of Baoteng and 51% of Lutes.
