   Pioneer personal land and air vehicle is developed by pal-v Automobile Company of the Netherlands. Pal-v flying car of the Netherlands can be used by two people, with a power of 230hp and a four cylinder engine. The body is made of carbon fiber and titanium aluminum alloy. It weighs 1500 pounds and requires 540 feet of takeoff runway and 100 feet of landing runway. The car can change from a tricycle to a rotorcraft in 10 minutes, accelerating from standstill to 60 mph in 8 seconds.
