据了解，这款名为Transition的双座飞行车采用折叠机翼，可在不到1分钟的时间里完成地面行驶模式和空中飞行模式的切换。飞行模式下由一台四缸涡轮增压汽油发动机提供动力，实现空中续航640公里，最高时速为每小时160公里，起飞滑跑距离为425米。在地面行驶时由混合动力系统驱动。Terrafugia公司最初由五位麻省理工学院（MIT）的毕业生于2006年创办，专注于飞行汽车的设计与制造，2017年11月吉利全资收购Terrafugia公司。
