据日本共同社报道，日本政府近日在东京举行会议，公布了“空中飞行汽车”的实用化进度表草案。草案提出，日本将在2019年完成相关研发制造工作并实施试验飞行，力争在2020年投入使用。

根据进度表草案，“空中飞行汽车”将于2020年开始运用于人员和货物运输。而在2030年以后将作为城市交通移动手段进行推广。为此，日本政府将制定一系列操作标准，同时完善法律制度以确保“空中飞行汽车”与普通飞机相同水平的安全性和静谧性。

According to Kyodo News Agency, the Japanese government recently held a meeting in Tokyo to publish a draft schedule for the implementation of the "Flying Aircraft Vehicle". The draft proposes that Japan will complete relevant R&D and manufacturing work in 2019 and carry out pilot flights, with a view to putting them into operation in 2020.

Reported that the Japanese government disclosed that at present has received applications from Tokyo, Osaka, Fukushima Prefecture and Triple Prefecture to provide test flights for the "Air Flying Vehicle". After entering the test flight stage, the air-flying vehicle will first fly in the outlying islands and mountainous areas to accumulate practical flight experience.
According to the draft schedule, "Air Flying Vehicle" will be used for personnel and cargo transportation in 2020. It will be promoted as a means of urban transportation after 2030. To this end, the Japanese government will formulate a series of operating standards, while improving the legal system to ensure the same level of safety and tranquility as ordinary aircraft.
