11月10日，进口产品博览会2号展馆，宝能汽车和来自斯洛伐克的参展商AeroMobil公司签署战略合作框架协议，双方将就多功能飞行汽车项目展开深度合作。

斯洛伐克驻上海总领事Ing.Ivana Vala Magatova 、AeroMobil董事长Patrick、CEO Juraj Vaculik，宝能汽车常务副总裁李峰、宝能汽车副总裁陈睿、宝能投资管理中心副总裁宋雅倩等出席了签约仪式。AeroMobil成立于2014年，公司位于斯洛伐克，是一家从事飞行汽车研发及产业化的科技公司，拥有来自各大汽车整车厂及航空公司的高端研发人员，已经取得了涵盖发动机、中控系统、轻量化等多项国际专利。

AeroMobil 4.0 STOL飞行汽车重达1.4吨，融合了近40项专利技术，可在3分钟内“变身”。汽车模式最高时速160公里，飞行模式最高时速可达360公里。预计该车辆将在2020年至2021年成功获得监管部门批准后首次交付给客户，全球限量销售500台，不含税价格在人民币940-1200万元。宝能已经不是第一家进军飞行汽车领域的中国企业了，早在此前的2017年11月，吉利经美国外资投资委员会（CFIUS）在内的相关监管机构批准，正式收购飞行汽车公司Terrafugia。

 “作为一种组合式的颠覆，飞行汽车将是未来出行的新模式。”宝能汽车常务副总裁李峰在签约仪式上表示。确实，随着航空业和互联网技术的大发展，让飞行汽车项目成为了可能。飞行汽车通过广大的空域还能克服交通拥堵问题。

不过对于能否商业化量产，业界一直存在质疑声，同济大学航空与力学学院教授沈海军曾表示：“制作一款飞行汽车产品并非难事，但是如何使得这款产品具有经济性，并能符合政策法规绝非易事。”埃隆·马斯克也曾直言：“很难想象飞行汽车会成为一个可量产的解决方案。”
