操作和驾驶证问题

现在的驾驶员都是在驾驶学校经过培训和考试后才能够驾驶汽车的。但是飞行汽车的操作和普通汽车的操作肯定会有不同之处。如果想要驾驶飞行汽车，需要先进行飞行汽车的操作培训，并取得相关驾驶证，但是目前并没有相关的机构。

航道问题

有人说如果所有人都开车在天上飞的话，岂不是天下大乱了。没错，城市高楼林立，再加上如果飞行汽车数量较大，肯定需要相关部门规定好航道，就像路面的道路一样。而且飞行汽车的行驶风险要比普通汽车高很多，如何设计航道，保障安全是一项巨大的挑战。

管理问题
