让汽车飞起来不再是梦想 专家预测30年后飞行汽车可普及

在近日召开的2018全球未来出行大会上,中国首届飞行汽车论坛同期召开。吉利控股集团全资子公司、全球首家飞行汽车公司美国Terrafugia太力飞行汽车公司CEO Chris Jaran透露,由太力汽车生产的全球首款量产飞行汽车——Transition,将于10月预售,并在2019年实现交付。这款车将由太力汽车位于杭州临江工业园的工厂(在建)生产并试装。据悉这款车有两个座位,需要借助跑道起降。飞行模式和地面驾驶模式间切换,只需要1分钟。因为要远距离飞行,对续航能力要求高,所以,这款车用的是油电混合动力,搭载一台航空用发动机,过程中,发动机会为电池充电。

据悉目前国家层面已开始布局通用航空的基础设施,着手飞行汽车发展。有专家预测,飞行汽车真正大众化应用,大概要到30年后。

汽车可以天马行空,其市场前景可期。清华大学通用航空技术研究中心主任张扬军认为,飞行汽车将道路从地面拓展到低空,成为陆空一体的立体化交通,将颠覆传统交通出行和运输方式。它将有效解决交通拥堵问题,对社会、经济、安全和环境等方面产生重大影响。未来的飞行汽车有三大基本特征:即时垂直起降、地面行驶为主、智能无人驾驶。

中国电动汽车百人会秘书长王贺武表示,目前,飞行汽车领域正在吸引大量资金进入,约达20多亿美金,这对飞行汽车创新发展起到非常重要的推进作用。但是王贺武也指出,虽然飞行汽车为缓解城市交通拥堵提供了新的思路,但要从变成现实到商业化运行,还有很多路要走,也会面临一些问题。

首先不可回避的是,目前,我国针对飞行汽车相应的法律法规还未出台。记者在论坛上获悉,目前美国对飞行汽车的监管机制较为完善,对飞行汽车上路也拥有一系列统一的标准。由于飞行汽车介于汽车和飞机之间,汽车本身的安全、空中飞行管控等诸多问题需要政府严格监管。亟待制定出台相应的标准政策法规,仅凭企业的积极性是远远不够的。

不仅仅是标准政策法规,其实,飞行汽车的普及之路还很漫长。据中国民航管理干部学院通用航空系主任吕人力介绍,现在中国低空空域还未放开,低空飞行的监管与大数据、信息化技术的发展水平相关。同时,通用航空的相关基础设施还不完善,中国通用机场的数量远少于美国。“美国有1.9万个通用机场,航空通达点更向日常使用逼近。而中国,正在规划500个通用机场,实现县县通。”
