在近日召开的2018全球未来出行大会上，中国首届飞行汽车论坛同期召开。吉利控股集团全资子公司、全球首家飞行汽车公司美国Terrafugia太力飞行汽车公司CEO Chris Jaran透露，由太力汽车生产的全球首款量产飞行汽车——Transition，将于10月预售，并在2019年实现交付。这款车将由太力汽车位于杭州临江工业园的工厂（在建）生产并试装。据悉这款车有两个座位，需要借助跑道起降。飞行模式和地面驾驶模式间切换，只需要1分钟。因为要远距离飞行，对续航能力要求高，所以，这款车用的是油电混合动力，搭载一台航空用发动机，过程中，发动机会为电池充电。

据悉目前国家层面已开始布局通用航空的基础设施，着手飞行汽车发展。有专家预测，飞行汽车真正大众化应用，大概要到30年后。

汽车可以天马行空，其市场前景可期。清华大学通用航空技术研究中心主任张扬军认为，飞行汽车将道路从地面拓展到低空，成为陆空一体的立体化交通，将颠覆传统交通出行和运输方式。它将有效解决交通拥堵问题，对社会、经济、安全和环境等方面产生重大影响。未来的飞行汽车有三大基本特征：即时垂直起降、地面行驶为主、智能无人驾驶。

中国电动汽车百人会秘书长王贺武表示，目前，飞行汽车领域正在吸引大量资金进入，约达20多亿美金，这对飞行汽车创新发展起到非常重要的推进作用。但是王贺武也指出，虽然飞行汽车为缓解城市交通拥堵提供了新的思路，但要从变成现实到商业化运行，还有很多路要走，也会面临一些问题。

首先不可回避的是，目前，我国针对飞行汽车相应的法律法规还未出台。记者在论坛上获悉，目前美国对飞行汽车的监管机制较为完善，对飞行汽车上路也拥有一系列统一的标准。由于飞行汽车介于汽车和飞机之间，汽车本身的安全、空中飞行管控等诸多问题需要政府严格监管。亟待制定出台相应的标准政策法规，仅凭企业的积极性是远远不够的。

不仅仅是标准政策法规，其实，飞行汽车的普及之路还很漫长。据中国民航管理干部学院通用航空系主任吕人力介绍，现在中国低空空域还未放开，低空飞行的监管与大数据、信息化技术的发展水平相关。同时，通用航空的相关基础设施还不完善，中国通用机场的数量远少于美国。“美国有1.9万个通用机场，航空通达点更向日常使用逼近。而中国，正在规划500个通用机场，实现县县通。”

“让飞行汽车先飞起来，积累更多数据，在城市上空构建更加智能高效的运行管理体系。飞行汽车运行数字化，实现大数据管理，才能飞得更好。”吕人力说。张扬军也表示，国家层面已开始布局通用航空的基础设施，如布局低空监视网络，通用机场的发展，并培育飞行文化。张扬军判断，飞行汽车真正大众化应用，大概要到30年后。
