    第三个是空中交规以及“航线”的设定。因为在空中行驶，可以不受任何障碍物的制约，拥有非常大的自由度，那么一旦出现什么事故，定责怎样考量是一个很大的问题，这不仅需要相关部门指定标准的“航线”，还要能够有效约束驾驶员。

   当然，这一点还有第二点考驾照的问题，或许可以通过自动驾驶技术很好的解决，不需要人为的操控，可以实现自动躲避和规划最佳路径，而对于自动驾驶飞行汽车的想象，或许已经在刘大大的《三体》中得到很好的诠释。
