PAL-V Liberty两个版本在动力方面没有区别，配置了一个容量为26.4加仑（100升）的油箱，陆地上加满油单次可跑1300公里，最高速度每小时160公里；空中满油航行距离最远可达500公里，最大操作高度3500米，最高速度每小时180公里。从汽车形态转变为飞行形态需要5-10分钟。但是起飞和降落都需要在跑道上完成，起飞时需要540英尺（约165米）的跑道，着陆所需跑道为100英尺（约30米）。

PAL-V Liberty is built by Dutch flying car manufacturer PAL-V, which is divided into two versions: Liberty Sport (standard version) and Liberty Sport (personalized version). The difference between the two versions is that the personalized version can choose unique interior and exterior decoration. The Standard Version sells for 399,000 US dollars and the personalized version sells for 599,000 US dollars.

The two versions of PAL-V Liberty have no difference in power. They are equipped with a 26.4-gallon (100-liter) tank, which can run 1,300 kilometers per hour on land with a maximum speed of 160 kilometers per hour, and 500 kilometers in air with a maximum operating altitude of 3,500 meters and 180 kilometers per hour with a maximum speed. It takes 5-10 minutes to change from car form to flight form. But take-off and landing all need to be done on the runway.
