人民网上海11月11日电(记者 何淼)10日上午，中国宝能汽车与斯洛伐克Aeromobil飞行汽车公司在上海国家会展中心进博会汽车馆内签署战略合作框架协议。双方宣布将就飞行汽车项目国产化、品牌推广、应用销售、技术研究等方面进行全方位深度合作。斯洛伐克驻上海总领事Ing.Ivana Vala Magatova 、AeroMobil董事长Patrick、CEO Juraj Vaculik，宝能汽车常务副总裁李峰、宝能汽车副总裁陈睿、宝能集团投资管理中心副总裁宋雅倩等出席签约仪式。

来自斯洛伐克的AeroMobil公司是一家从事飞行汽车研发及产业化的科技公司，在行业内具有领先地位和较高知名度。公司拥有来自各大汽车整车厂及航空公司的高端研发人员，已经取得了涵盖发动机、中控系统、轻量化等多项国际专利。

本次进博会上亮相的AeroMobil 4.0 STOL飞行汽车吸睛无数，在展商和观众的“朋友圈”频频霸屏。宝能汽车常务副总裁李峰告诉记者，“这款飞行汽车就像变形金刚，它融合了汽车和飞机两者的功能，是一种组合式的颠覆。它可在3分钟内实现由汽车变身‘飞机’的模式转换，通过其高效的混合动力系统，可实现陆地驾驶最高时速160公里，空中飞驰时速360公里，最高单次续航750公里。飞行汽车的尝试对未来二三十年能否普及新型出行方式是一种先导。”

宝能汽车与AeroMobil飞行汽车项目合作内容包括技术研发、销售渠道、产品国产化等一揽子协议，双方将就实现产品功能和技术应用的资源共享与优势互补等方面达成共赢。AeroMobil将依托于宝能汽车既有资源进行品牌推广和产品应用，双方同意在合适时机共享、共建销售网络和共同技术研发；确定建立长期战略合作伙伴关系，并在未来共同推进飞行汽车项目国产化。斯洛伐克AeroMobil公司对于中国巨大的市场前景和宝能汽车在国内的产业资源非常看重。宝能汽车对于AeroMobil飞行汽车项目技术前瞻性和对未来汽车颠覆式的发展方向兴趣浓厚。

此次宝能汽车签约飞行汽车项目，是战略投资观致汽车打造中国高端品牌、联手博世在电动车系统、自动驾驶、车联网等技术合作之后的又一瞩目举措。宝能汽车旗下品牌观致汽车正在大力推进引领下一个十年发展的MILE计划，其中就包含多功能化(Multi-functional)、高智能化(Intelligent)、新材料化(Light-weighting)、新能源化(Electrific)四个发展方向。观致汽车的MILE计划与此次签约的飞行汽车项目有很多技术共通之处，也将从此次合作孵化出的研发成果中直接赋能，二者将形成良性互动的聚合效应。
