你有私人跑道吗?飞行汽车正成为现实

随着飞行汽车逐步走向量产,以及在资本市场受到持续追捧,这一概念性科技产品正加快走向现实。不过,虽然商业化形势大好,但是必须在完善立法、保障安全性的前提下,才能推动飞行汽车的普及应用。


    2002年,电影《哈利波特与密室》正式上映。在这部影片中,有一段令人影响深刻、且极具魔幻色彩的桥段:罗恩开着一辆福特牌飞行汽车,将被困的哈利解救了出来。当然,这只是飞行汽车在电影中的一次短暂亮相。

    实际上,自古以来人类便对高空和飞行有着孜孜不倦的探索。虽然有了飞机之后,人类实现了飞天梦想,但是依然有人不满足于飞机这种单一的出行方式,而是希望将飞机与汽车的技术融合起来,打造一款真正的飞行汽车。

    1917年,被称为飞行汽车之父的格·寇蒂斯第一次向人们展示了飞行汽车这种新型交通工具,尽管当时只实现了短距离的飞行式跳跃。一百多年来,这个梦想并没有被磨灭,如今飞行汽车正加速走向现实。

    飞行汽车加速商业化

    日前,中国互联网巨头腾讯宣布领投著名飞行汽车公司Lilium的B轮融资,总金额为9000万美金。这一消息曝出,再度掀起了飞行汽车这一概念在全球的关注热潮。不止是腾讯,包括吉利、谷歌、戴勒姆等许多巨头都已经投身这个领域。


    此前,荷兰公司PAL-V首度展示了其“飞行汽车”的最终量产车型。该公司声称,一旦量产车型获得最终的安全认证,就计划在2019年交付首批产品。据悉,这款“飞行汽车”名为“Liberty“,采用双座设计,在路上的最高速度约为161公里每小时,在空中的最高速度约为180公里每小时。

    Liberty集双座混合动力汽车和旋翼飞机于一体,可以在10分钟内完成驾驶模式和飞行模式的自由切换。但是,该转换过程并不是按个按钮那么简单,需要人工干预。PAL-V还表示,这款“飞行汽车”已经经过了美国和欧洲安全机构的认证,但要拥有这辆“飞行汽车”,车主必须要拥有驾驶证、飞行许可证以及私人跑道。

    其实,波音、空客等客机巨头也在积极研发行汽车。自2017年收购初创公司AuroraFlightSciences后,波音就一直倡导无人驾驶飞行出租车的发展。据了解,AuroraFlightSciences计划于2020年在迪拜和达拉斯测试该款飞行汽车。

    波音总裁丹尼斯·米伦伯格表示,飞行汽车行业正以超乎想象的速度发展。目前许多企业都在打造原型车,因此该技术是十分可行的。Aurora已计划于2020年在迪拜和达拉斯首次测试该项目。

    普及应用需重视立法与安全

    虽然飞行汽车商业化形势大好,但是想要在短时间内实现普及应用依然不太现实。政府必须为管理这些车辆的安全和空域创建全新的法律框架。就目前来说,保障飞行汽车的安全新显然更为重要,商业化发展绝对不能忽视最为核心的安全因素。

    飞行汽车存在的安全隐患是最需要关注的问题,不仅下雨天,你要防雷,住高楼者要防噪音,空中飞行时要担心汽油还够不够,在路上散步时心里也不踏实,毕竟有东西砸在你脑袋上的可能性会大大增加。如何解决这些问题将成为飞行汽车能否实现大规模普及的关键所在。


    不过,已经有部分国家开始推进飞行汽车的立法进程。据日媒报道,日本经济产业省表示,已经开始研究“飞行汽车”的实用化问题。日本将通过官民合作推进“飞行汽车”的技术开发以及制度完善。经济产业省计划深化研究,以2020年至2030年期间实现实用化为目标,制定出推进时间表。

    在我国,国家也在积极推动低空空域的开放,这对于飞行汽车的发展来说,无疑是十分关键的。根据国务院办公厅印发的《关于促进通用航空业发展的指导意见》,我国将加快研发适用我国低空空域通信、导航、监视、气象与空中交通服务需求的核心装备,扩大低空空域开放,将监视空域和报告空域的高度逐步提高至真高3000米。

    未来,随着低空空域的逐步开放,以及飞行汽车各项技术的成熟,这一概念性科技产品终将走入我们的生活,成为未来交通体系中的重要组成部分。

Speeding up commercialization of flying cars
Recently, Tencent, China's Internet giant, announced that it would lead the B-round financing of Lilium, a well-known flying car company, for a total amount of US$90 million. The news came out, and once again raised the concept of flying cars in the global attention. Not only Tencent, including Geely, Google, Dalem and many other giants have already joined the field.
Prior to this, the Holland company PAL-V first demonstrated its "flying car" ultimate mass production vehicle. The company claims that it plans to deliver the first batch of products in 2019 once the mass-produced models are finally certified for safety. It is reported that the "flying car" is called "Liberty", which uses a two-seat design. The highest speed on the road is about 161 kilometers per hour, and the highest speed in the air is about 180 kilometers per hour.


Liberty combines a two-seater hybrid vehicle and a rotorcraft. It can switch between driving mode and flying mode in 10 minutes. However, the conversion process is not as simple as a button, and requires manual intervention. PAL-V also said that the "flying car" has been certified by the United States and European security agencies, but to own the "flying car", the owner must have a driver's license, a flight permit and a private runway.

Popularization and application need legislation and safety.
Although the commercial situation of flying cars is good, it is still unrealistic to achieve universal application in a short time. The government must create a new legal framework for managing the safety and airspace of these vehicles. At present, it is obviously more important to ensure the safety of flying vehicles, and the core safety factors must not be ignored in the development of commercialization.
The potential safety hazards of flying cars are the most important concerns. Not only in rainy days, you need to be lightning-proof, people living in tall buildings need to be noise-proof, you need to worry about insufficient gasoline when flying in the air, and you are not sure when walking on the road. After all, the possibility of something hitting your head will greatly increase. How to solve these problems will become the key to achieving large-scale popularization of flying cars.


However, some countries have begun to promote the legislative process of flying cars. According to Japanese media reports, Japan's Ministry of Economy and Industry said that it had begun to study the practicality of "flying cars". Japan will promote technology development and system improvement of "flying cars" through cooperation between the government and the people. The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Industry plans to deepen the study, with the goal of realizing practicality from 2020 to 2030, and formulate a timetable for the promotion.
In our country, the country is also actively promoting the opening of low-altitude airspace, which is undoubtedly very critical for the development of flying vehicles. In the future, with the gradual opening of low-altitude airspace and the maturity of various technologies of flying vehicles, this conceptual technology product will eventually enter our lives and become an important part of the future transportation system.
