汽车地上跑、飞机天上飞，并不是说只要技术达到了、东西造出来了就行的。更重要的是相关法律法规的制定，俗话说“无规矩不成方圆”。现在在路上跑着的汽车受《交通法》等法律的约束，而飞机也有着相对应的法律去约束管理。飞行汽车同时具备了汽车和飞机的属性，并不是简单的同时遵守汽车和飞机的相关法律就能够立刻上路的。作为“新物种”的飞行汽车想要真正上路，必须有着其“专属”的法律法规才行。 

而这个法律法规涉及到的问题就实在是太多太多了，我随便举几个例子你来听一下：飞行汽车的驾照怎么考？陆地、空中分开考还是一体？飞行汽车在起飞飞行降落时的噪音扰民怎么办？飞行汽车飞得太高太低怎么办？落地时条件不够怎么办？不小心飞到了禁区怎么办？出了安全事故怎么办？

类似这样的问题恐怕还有很多很多，不是一朝一夕就能立刻解决的，所以从这个角度来看，飞行汽车离我们还是挺远的。

Legislative issues facing flying cars

Cars running on the ground and planes flying in the sky do not mean that as long as the technology is up and things are made. Is land or air separate or integrated? What should we do if the noise of a flying car is disturbing when landing? What if a flying car flies too high or too low? What is the condition of landing enough? What if we fly to the forbidden area carelessly? What happens if there is a safety accident?
