Philippines's "UAV vehicle" charging for 2 hours, flying for 12 minutes is about to start selling.

Philippine inventor Kyxz Mendoza completed the first successful high-altitude test flight of a flying vehicle early this month and plans to mass-produce the vehicle, the Daily Mail of September 3 reported.
