虽说飞行汽车的发展几乎与自动驾驶汽车并驾齐驱，进展迅速，但是实际上，由于飞行汽车技术要求、行驶条件更为复杂，其在部分领域仍然显得较为落后。在尚未实现规模化量产的情况下，关于飞行汽车的宣传已是铺天盖地，不由得让人有一种“虚火旺盛”的感觉。

很显然，飞行汽车产业要想实现可持续发展，真正在未来成为主力交通工具，服务于广大出行民众，还需要正视目前存在的一些不足，努力突破发展之路上的重重阻碍，以获得监管者、消费者的认可。眼下，飞行汽车主要存在四个方面的问题：

一是法律法规滞后。从国内来看，我国低空空域管理仍然十分严格，开放进程还较为缓慢，因此还不具备飞行汽车规模化应用的空间。至于其他国家，大部分也还没有出台专门的飞行汽车法规，因而推动法律法规跟上技术发展的步伐最为紧迫。

二是基础设施不足。由于飞行汽车具备飞行能力，在有需要时能够飞上天空。但是这也意味着，飞行汽车在起飞、降落时需要充足的滑行场地或是起降场地。因此，为了保障飞行汽车的高效、安全、稳定运行，亟需为其建设大量专门性基础设施，以满足各种需求。

三是研发成本高昂。飞行汽车说到底还是汽车，也就是说必须考虑到其价格问题，否则难以实现规模化普及。而现在飞行汽车的研发费用仍然十分高昂，要想投入量产同样需要巨额资金，运营维护也是一样。如果不能解决成本问题，市场的快速拓展也就无从谈起。

四是噪音问题。飞行汽车主要在低空飞行，类似于直升机。有接触过直升机飞行的都知道，直升机飞行过程中噪声较大，飞行汽车自然也是如此。而且飞行汽车的商用目标是规模化应用，这也就是说其运营数量将远远超过直升机，造成的噪音问题也就更为严重。因此，在飞行汽车持续落地的过程中，必须不断推进噪音技术的改进，降低对地面建筑、人群的影响。

从目前的情况分析，以上几个问题要想在短期内解决显然不太现实。而只要任何一个阻碍没有破解，都将对飞行汽车的规模化普及造成不利影响。预计接下来几年内，飞行汽车的发展速度仍会保持较快水平，但是行业的洗牌也将到来。

At present, there are four main problems in flying cars:

First, laws and regulations lag behind. From the domestic point of view, China's low-altitude airspace management is still very strict, the opening process is relatively slow, so there is no space for large-scale application of flying vehicles. As for other countries, most of them have not yet promulgated special regulations on flying vehicles, so it is most urgent to promote laws and regulations to keep up with the pace of technological development.

Second, the infrastructure is inadequate. Because the flying car has the ability to fly, it can fly to the sky when necessary. But it also means that flying cars need plenty of taxiing or landing sites when taking off or landing. Therefore, in order to ensure the efficient, safe and stable operation of flying vehicles, it is urgent to build a large number of specialized infrastructure to meet various needs.
Third, the cost of R&D is high. Flying cars are still automobiles in the final analysis, that is to say, their price must be taken into account, otherwise it is difficult to achieve large-scale popularization. But now the research and development cost of flying car is still very high, if we want to invest in mass production, it also needs a huge amount of money, operation and maintenance is the same. If we can't solve the cost problem, the rapid expansion of the market will be impossible.
Fourth, the problem of noise. Flying vehicles fly mainly at low altitudes, similar to helicopters. Helicopters are known to fly in contact with helicopters, helicopters in the process of flight noise, flying cars are naturally the same. And the commercial goal of flying cars is to scale up applications, which means that they will operate far more than helicopters, resulting in more serious noise problems. Therefore, in the process of continuous landing of flying vehicles, we must constantly promote the improvement of noise technology to reduce the impact on ground buildings and people.
From the analysis of the current situation, it is obviously unrealistic to solve these problems in a short time. As long as any obstacle has not been solved, it will have a negative impact on the scale popularization of flying cars. It is expected that in the next few years, the development speed of flying cars will remain relatively fast, but the industry shuffle will also come.
