这款飞行汽车目前已经进行了试飞。在加拿大该产品以72英里/小时（约116公里/小时）的时速飞行了40英里（约64公里）。在美国，该款产品被归类为超轻型航空器，所以无需飞行执照，用户可直接操控该产品。据悉，首款BlackFly将于明年开始发售，但购买了这款飞行汽车并不意味着用户可以随意飞行，当下的法规限制了其使用范围。同时这类飞行汽车想要参与到实际的交通运输过程中，还需要对使用环境的基础设施进行改动，因而有业内人士表示，这类“飞行车辆”至少要等五年才能真正获得应用。

Most cities in China are facing traffic congestion. In response to this situation, many automobile companies are developing flying cars, but the flying cars that pop up now need to hold flight licenses to drive. However, a startup called Opener recently launched a flying car, BlackFly, which can carry only one passenger but can be driven without a flight licence.
Unlike previous releases of the same type, this flying car focuses on vehicles that can take off and land vertically, rather than on vehicles that only have flight functions. It is reported that the first BlackFly will be launched next year, but the purchase of the flying car does not mean that users can fly at will. Current regulations limit its scope of use. At the same time, if these flying vehicles want to participate in the actual transportation process, they also need to change the infrastructure of the use environment, so some insiders said that it will take at least five years for such "flying vehicles" to be truly applied.
